My game doesn't launch after adding the Drag-and-Drop Archive. Grand Theft Auto IV). After installation, launch. GTAIVSetupUtility.exe and go through the setup (if it's missing, download here and add to antivirus exceptions) and check additional mods. For optimal game settings, see this page.
GTA IV modding is easier than ever thanks to FusionOverloader. You do not have to replace any files within the directory. add this to the games steam launch options. after that all the asi file mods should run.

Modifications can be released in two different ways: Some texture mods are released as .wtd and .wdr files, which are file archives GTA IV uses. The other way is to publish mods by releasing the textures itself as PNG files.
