Yes, you can add individual games but not other launchers. Go to Games>Add non-steam game. Navigate to the executable file on your computer and add to Steam. You’ll have to do this for each non-Steam game on your computer. If you want to launch games from multiple launchers from the same program there’s always GOG 2.0.

I like how Playnite will let you add games from other launchers automatically, but also lets you add cracked games and have it easily find metadata/artwork. Been using it for about a year and I'm quite satisfied. Certainly beats any alternatives I can think of.
