Simplest way for me is while having the game in folder format, make a folder called GAMES in a FAT32 usb flash drive, drop the game folder in it, and then when you go to multiman's file manager, copy and paste the folder of the game you want to have on the internal HDD inside a folder called GAMES in devhdd0. 5.
CNet did a pretty good guide on installing and formatting replacement drives for the PS3 HERE. Use the built in PS3 backup utility to backup everything on your old drive to a FAT32-formatted external hard drive (not the replacement drive). For help formatting to FAT32.
