Aside from just using the PC in a manner which would do so normally, is there any way, settings, et cetera, to coax Vista or applications to use RAM more liberally? Asked 15 years ago. Modified 2 years, 11 months ago. Viewed 77k times. 25. I upgraded my PC to 4 GB RAM and I get only 3 GB. Windows 7 32-Bit consider that I've 4 GB RAM but didn't use more than 3 GB. Someone told me that MS Windows 32-bit doesn't support RAM larger than 3 GB.
