Depending on the laptop, there should be a tool to help optimize your computer. Something like AMD Radeon Settings. I think nvidia's is Nvidia Geforce Experience and I'm not sure what Intel's is called.

4 wrz 2014 · Since I've managed to get the game running, I thought I'd post up my laptop's specs and a screenshot of my settings. This is meant as a guide to help other people who may already have a laptop, or are considering buying a laptop, to tweak The Sims 4 for a balance of performance and graphics.
So I have been following all the steps to crack sims 4 and get all the dlc. But once I downloaded the DLC Unlocker and extract it the "setup.bat" file loses the ".bat" extension. The ".bat" extension is there only in the non-extracted file. Does anyone know how to fix that please ?
You just select if you have a legit game or not, select what you have, what you want, and it tells you what to download and what to use. People with a legit game are supposed to use a separate setup - "dlc installer" - which is linked in these instructions.
