With the second we tried Shettles Method to conceive a girl - we got a boy. With the third baby we tried a certain diet and the Baby Dust Method - got another boy. (Which I’m thankful for. I adore my boys.) So no, diet and timing does not work when it comes to choosing your gender. It really is 50/50. It’s complete nonsense.
