The Abyss is an aquatic biome added by the Calamity Mod which spawns upon world creation. It is located under the Sulphurous Sea on the Dungeon side of the world through a chasm on the seafloor. It is extremely deep, dark, and perilous, filled with deadly enemies, which increase in strength as the biome grows deeper.
Hello, i checked the guide on how to get to the abyss and i don't find it please help me. Try going deeper into the sulphurous sea, but i guess it has to do something with thorium's aquatic depths (mixing content mods is a bad idea)))) Just keep going deeper under the sulfurous sea, you should find it eventually.
is there any diving gear i need to enter the abyss or some item? You enter it through the top, where it's connected to the sulphurous sea, with breath loss reduction gear on.
amidas's blessing and try not to get hit. Basically every single thing that lets you breathe/move in water extends your duration in the abyss. Flipper and gills potion is a given. The medalion from the desert scourge is also good. That vanilla swimming kit will do in pre hardmode.

12 kwi 2020 · the calamity mod abyss is a multi-layered biome of things that exist mostly solely to kill you,including: drowning , poison , lava particles,brimstone , and laser. the creatures from this biome can attempt to: eat you , crush you, explode you, electrify you, freeze you and burn you.
