Roblox Legacy Old Theme is a theme for stylus (see Installation for installation details) that brings back the 2019 theme primarily from June - September 2019 with customizable options for the end user.
Instead, I recommend Stylus, it's a much better and simpler extension that doesn't track you by default (and it doesn't track you at all in fact). It's based on the last version of Stylish to be released by the original founder and owner of Stylish, and yes, you can install any style from userstyles.org with Stylus as well.
