Printing Your License. Hard copies of licenses are issued by the regulating state. You will be redirected to the licensing state website for information on obtaining a copy of your license:
View your license (s), registration (s), appointment (s), continuing education information, and deficiencies on a pending application. Make an address change. Print a duplicate license.
