7 sie 2017 · Hand drill and flare will not work. Only matches. You can slowly drive another vehicle close to it. That will flip it upright. Or you can take the doors or hood off and try and crawl under the truck with one of the doors or hood in your hands and place it on the ground when your under the vehicle.
Take door or hood off car. Place on ground next to car. Get on top of car and pick hood or door back up and then drop it so its under the car. Get back in the car and it should flip. Could take multiple attempt to get the angle right.
Take a heavy item such as a car door and put it under the car (usually by standing on top of the car, grabbing the heavy item then dropping it so it falls under the car) then throw a small item at the car such as bandages or bark or really any throwable item... Rinse and repeat as needed.
