IME the command line that you can find everywhere to "disable acceleration" actually just sets the mouse speed to minimum, which also happens to disable acceleration. It's weird that your MX Master's 4000 max DPI isn't fast enough, since 3600 DPI on my G502 feels plenty fast to me.
