To make payments on your eBay Mastercard, call the toll-free number on the back of the card, send your payment to the address on your billing statement, or sign in to your account at ebaymastercard.syf.com - opens in new window or tab and pay from there.
If your funds go into negative or you owe eBay money, you’ll be given the option to make a one-time payment, using a credit or debit card. Here’s how: Go to Payments - opens in new window or tab in My eBay or Seller Hub.
