16 wrz 2024 · The Cost Index is in the Simbrief plan after you generate it. In the section Flight Plan Summary, you will see the Cruise Profile. You will see the number is marked CI, that number is what you enter in the MCDU.
7 mar 2015 · cost index is a parameter entered into the FMC (0 to 9999) to let the computers know what kind of flight performance you like. The higher the value: more engine trust, more speed, less time to destination but more fuel burned.

9 gru 2023 · You can try it yourself: Just enter manually a scheduled block time of one additional hour plus and you'll find yourself with a cost index of 0. Viceversa if you set block time to 50%, you'll get a cost index of 99 etc.

Confirm Standard Instrument Departure’s (SID’s) & Standard Terminal Arrival Route’s (STAR’s) are included in route. Normally shown as 5 letters and 2 extra characters (letters and digits).
