Your account number can be found once you've logged in to Online Banking. Provide the sender with your full name & address The beneficiary's name and address must be an exact match to the information on the account, including any initials in the name or numbers in the address.
Enter the account number and not the member number. No spaces or dashes are to be entered. The account number can be confirmed by accessing either COB’s Mobile App or Online Banking Platform or it can be viewed on account statements.
How do I find my transit and account numbers? Sign on to CIBC Online Banking ® and select the account you need from the My Accounts page. If your account has cheques, you can also find these numbers at the bottom of each cheque.
