Make sure that if you're using WinRar like I am go to the settings of it, Integration, and Associate WinRar with ISO files. I'm not sure why it was unchecked before, but now it's not and the issue is fixed! Also you have to have a folder specifically for your games that's named ISOS within the emupsp of your ux0 thing or whatever on your Vita.
