The dropdown menus are used to navigate through frame packs. Frame groups (left, currently "Regular") organize frame packs into general groups, whereas frame packs (right, currently "Regular Frames") contain the actual images and settings you'll use to create cards.

I've been making a few borderless proxies I'm quite happy with on Cardconjurer, and was looking to print them through MPC. I've downloaded them through the program which ends looking like this, but I noticed that MPC likes to keep extra space past the border to prevent cutoff.

You shouldn't be able to list a non-English card as an English card on TCGPlayer and then specify the actual language by posting a picture of the card.
