For nocturnal bosses, starting the battle just after the sun sets (7:30 PM) will provide the maximum amount of time to defeat the boss. In Hardmode, the Moon Charm and/or Moon Stone and their upgrades are also useful at night. Boss battles can be won or lost before the battle ever starts.
Using the megashark + ichor bullets makes the fight way easier. Focus on one of them at a time and try not to hit the other until you fully defeat one of them (you don’t want to fight both of them in their second stage). Notes: Retinazer is the red one that shoots lasers.
By giving the defense reduction debuff to the Twins, or any other Mechanical boss, using Ichor, you can use the Daedalus Stormbow, ideally coupled with Holy Arrows, to demolish the bosses before they demolish you.
Magic: For armor i'd recommend Forbidden (Thanks u/bone_breaker69 ), Adamite or Titanium. Golden shower, Crystal serpent and sky fracture are all pretty good weapons. Melee: frostt armor. Not much else to it imo.

You may keep multiple campfires or heart lanterns for faster healing. You can also connect heart and star statues through wires to gain hearts and mana at crucial times. 2. Gear up.
