1) Build a very long platform bridge about halfway up in the sky, for as long as you think you'll need, get the unicorn mount, and a decent ranged weapon. Then focus on one first and kill it first (i usually go for Spazmatism) then kill the other one. The strategy is to run along the platform and jump over any lasers or fireballs.
By giving the defense reduction debuff to the Twins, or any other Mechanical boss, using Ichor, you can use the Daedalus Stormbow, ideally coupled with Holy Arrows, to demolish the bosses before they demolish you.
