After Door 149, the Guiding Light will block Seek, and you'll find yourself in the Nest, where you'll need to fight Grumble. As you've probably guessed, you cannot avoid Seek lol. Just note that Seek will reappear at Door 200 during the main boss fight as a massive blob of eyes.
