6 paź 2017 · There are a several reasons why your subfolders won’t appear in your Outlook’s folder pane. This can happen if the folder pane is in minimized mode or if this feature is turned off. To provide an appropriate troubleshooting steps, we’d like to ask a few questions:
In the folder pane on the left, right-click your email address, or hover over it and select More options > Create new folder. Enter a name for the new folder, then press Enter. Create a subfolder in new Outlook. Select the folder where you want to create a subfolder.
In new Outlook, you have the option to: Create a rule | Edit a rule | Delete a rule | Set rule order | Run rules | Disable rules. Create an inbox rule for new Outlook for Windows. Rules are applied to incoming messages and can be created from any folder.
