I'll be as straightforward as possible - the support center is unintuitive and understaffed. There are many posts in this subreddit about users unable to find how to message the support team. Even if you do manage to reach them, you can never be fully sure if/when they might get back to you.
Jagex Support provides assistance with account-related issues for Jagex games, including email troubleshooting and recovery options.
The email you use to log in to your Jagex account. The name visible in your Jagex account settings. The display name for any game characters linked to your Jagex account. Please use a comma to separate each name. Tell us more about your issue.
To contact and request a an email from them personally, head to account recovery on the runescape website, scroll down and click on "contact" us. ETA should say 48hours but they emailed me back in a day.
