Once there select ' selling on etsy ' then select issues. Depending on the issue, they offer email, phone and/or chat support.
The chat option says am agent will be free in 1 minute whereas they responded 2 hours layer when I was not online. There is no contact option through Twitter / X, nor an email address or phone number. Etsy is a great idea for creatives but the customer service makes it impossible to resolve anything that goes wrong :
