You need a software like hwinfo to see temperatures. While in the BIOS your CPU will be under quite a load, so temps will be higher than idle - recommend dowloading HWiNFO64 to monitor temps while idle in windows as well as when under load (Games or productivity) https://www.hwinfo.com/download/.
