Fill up your inventory and then teleport to your preferred bank. I typically use the Zanaris bank, but apparently Chasm of Fire (Fairy ring code DJR) is a closer bank.

To fish Karambwans, you will need a Karambwan Vessel and Raw Karambwanji (bait). The fishing spot is located just underneath the Fairy Ring and it never moves.
