SeaWorld San Antonio’s zero change fee policy allows Guest to change previously made admissions reservations to a different date by calling 210-520-4SEA between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST. Additional cost applies for dates with higher ticket prices.
If your commitment was completed, you may cancel the pass at any time by visiting the SeaWorld website and scrolling to the contact us link on the bottom left. Please include the barcodes so they may assist. If the Pass is still in the 1 year commitment, then you will not be able to cancel the pass. We hope this helps.
