Here's how I set it up: I set it up with 4 divisions. I used a random number generator to determine draft order (did a live video for transparency lol). Picks 1-3 are a division, 4-6 are a division, etc. Division rivals play each other twice and everyone else in the league once.
We have 3 divisions of 4 Teams each and you play each team in your division twice and the rest once. When we pick our draft order 1-4 is one division 5-8 and 9-12 are the others. 3 Division winners and the next best record makes the playoffs in weeks 15-16. We just put names in a hat and pulled out four at a time.
