A Player Moderator (also known as a Player Mod, PMod or P-Mod) is a RuneScape player selected by Jagex to help moderate the game. Player Moderators were added to the game on 14 June 2004 [2] [3] and by December 2019 there were 2,364 PMods. [4]
Player Moderators (colloquially pmods or just mods) are *RuneScape *players chosen specifically by Jagex staff due to their commitment to the in-game community. They are ambassadors of the game and help to maintain an enjoyable in-game environment.

Become a youtuber/twitcher. Get famous. Go some runefest (maybe win some golden gnomes). Dont bot. Be nice. (You are streaming etc so whole world sees you). Another option is probably by being filthy rich. But the famous yt/twitcher is probably your best bet (other platforms also optional, tiktok/instagram etc.)
