8 sty 2024 · Only the primary account holder can create and manage subaccounts. You can't delete subaccounts, but you can disable them. You can't change your primary account or subaccount user name, but you can set up an alias email address. To manage subaccounts, you must sign in to myAT&T for Business.
5 sty 2024 · Add another AT&T account to your user ID. Go to your myAT&T Profile and sign in with the ID you want to use as your primary account. Scroll to Account settings and select Linked accounts. Choose Link another account. Select the service you want to link and then choose Continue.

Complete the info to create your new AT&T email address and password. Enter your profile info and security questions and answers. Follow the prompts to verify your account.
