You can't change your primary account or subaccount user name, but you can set up an alias email address. To manage subaccounts, you must sign in to myAT&T for Business.

Follow the prompts to add one or more secondary users. FYI: Want to add someone who doesn’t have a line on your account? Choose Invite by email.
