Please reset by pressing the red reset button on the back of the extender, then connect an Ethernet cable between the Wi-Fi Extender and the Wi-Fi Gateway to pair. This could also mean Extended Wi-Fi Service is NOT active. If the Solid RED light persists, contact ATT.com/support.

Complete the required fields and select Save. Good to know: If you don’t see Manage subaccount users, make sure you’re signed in with the primary Member ID email.

Connect an Ethernet cable from any of the ports on the back of your extender or booster directly to your Wi-Fi gateway or All-Fi Hub. If you get a solid white light, the pairing process has completed.
I got an AT&T WiFi extender and set it up with the help of the Smart Home app on my phone. Everything was going great until the app told me to place the extender in a good location, turn it on and wait "about 2 minutes" for the light to turn solid white.
