You can't change your primary account or subaccount user name, but you can set up an alias email address. To manage subaccounts, you must sign in to myAT&T for Business.

7 gru 2022 · If you didn’t get an AT&T email when you signed up for AT&T Internet or U-verse TV service, you can create a new one or use one you already have as your user ID. It's easy to do this. Go to Profile and select Account users. Choose U-verse TV or Internet from the menu if you have multiple services.
