7 gru 2022 · A subaccount is a Member ID email address set up under the account owner’s primary Member ID. Only the account owner can create and manage subaccounts. For example, the account owner would have a primary Member ID email and their spouse or children would have subaccount Member ID emails.
To add a new user, you can invite them by email or text message to create their own Xfinity account. Sign in to xfinity.com as the Primary user. Click the Account icon and then click Account and Identity. Click Add someone new underneath the list of current users.
