7 gru 2022 · You can have up to 20 subaccounts under your primary Member ID email. Only 10 can be active at one time. You can't delete subaccounts, but you can disable them. Subaccount users can manage phone features, get product support, and chat with an agent. The Member ID email for a subaccount won’t appear on the bill.
20 kwi 2021 · Normally this means you need to update the password in Mail app Settings (gear at bottom of Inbox) > Manage Accounts, then highlight ATT account and resolve the problem shown. If that doesn't fix it then delete the ATT account and add it back per the steps here:
