Once you establish an AT&T email account you can access it online, through Microsoft Outlook or similar email software, or on your smart phone. Log into att.com using the user name and password provided when you opened your AT&T internet account. Select "Internet" from the MyAT&T tab. Scroll down to E-mail Accounts.
