8 sty 2024 · To manage subaccounts, you must sign in to myAT&T for Business. These tasks can't be completed within your email account or email client. You can have up to 10 active subaccounts, and up to 20 total (active and suspended) subaccounts. Subaccounts for anyone under the age of 13 require a few additional steps. Go to Profile > Account users.
