For example, the account owner would have a primary Member ID email and their spouse or children would have subaccount Member ID emails. You can have up to 20 subaccounts under your primary Member ID email. Only 10 can be active at one time.

8 sty 2024 · To add another account to your myAT&T account: Sign in to your myAT&T for Business with your current User ID and password. Select VIEW PROFILE, found in the top navigation area. Select the Add an Account link. Enter your new information and select Submit.

You can't change your primary account or subaccount user name, but you can set up an alias email address. To manage subaccounts, you must sign in to myAT&T for Business.
