8 sty 2024 · Only the primary account holder can create and manage subaccounts. You can't delete subaccounts, but you can disable them. You can't change your primary account or subaccount user name, but you can set up an alias email address. To manage subaccounts, you must sign in to myAT&T for Business.

5 sty 2024 · A Sub Account is associated with accounts set up under a Primary Account. For example, the Business Owner may have the "Primary Account" and the employees will have "Sub Accounts."
