18 lis 2020 · These transmissions a prescribed to use the Honda MTF 3 fluid, and most of the time i am a big oem fan. But i think there are better options out there to protect this rebuilt trans that will be driven hard/tracked. As far as i know the oem honda fluid is API gl4 75w80 /5w30 motor oil.
4 gru 2008 · i ran honda mtf for a while and found amsoil synchromesh the better. i thought the shifts into gears(especially second) to have a smoother engagement. Torco for the oil, and Amsoil synch for the tranny fluid FTW:up:
