According to Star Wars: The Force Awakens: The Visual Dictionary, Rey is 19-years old during the events of The Force Awakens (the same age as Luke Skywalker in A New Hope), dated to 34 ABY by Star Wars: Galactic Atlas. With that in mind, Rey’s date of birth would be 15 ABY.
