Doing a very brief browse of sections III and IV, it seems to have cut short. Though it mentions Specter of the Past, it doesn't have Vision of the Future, and it seems that the analyst has proclaimed the Empire dead some 3-4 years after Bilbringi, which isn't true. Did I misread that last section? This is very humbling.
