You would probably have to webscrape replays for pokemon for specific games- otherwise https://www.smogon.com/stats/ is a pretty complete data source that includes usage stats, moveset data, item data, other stuff, and some precalculated statistic of what you were already talking about with common teammates, etc. Reply.
