From the travelocity.com website, under "Support - Customer Support - Contact Us", a phone number of 1-855-863-9601 is listed. They also have a Callback button you can click. You enter your name, itinerary number, and phone number and they will call you back.
The phone number in #56 is for Sabre (a flight distribution system, how tickets are sold). They can't help with issues between customers and airlines or agencies. I would suggest using Facebook Messenger for Travelocity.
After several calls, they say they won't apply it to the flight I had to rebook at four times the cost! I've asked several times to speak to someone in the US because Travelocity's Philippine-based customer service doesn't seem to understand they're supposed to help people.

Because I booked through Travelocity, the airline wouldn't credit me on the spot for the tickets I'd purchased, and told me to contact the travel agent for credit.
