Tap your Account tab, then select Points activity. Find the receipt you want to correct in your point history, or tap the receipt icon. You can also search by submission date. Tap the pencil icon in the top corner. Tap the item you'd like to correct. If the item was missed completely, tap Add Item.
How do I submit a receipt? Snap your physical receipts by tapping the orange camera button and taking pictures until the store name, date, and total are captured.

I’m not into it just because I like to use Fetch for its purpose aka scanning receipts. I have an obsessive personality so I don’t wanna start playing games and then obsess over how many points I’ll get. I just want to scan my receipts and move on
Make sure you download the games through the Fetch app. When you want to earn points Launch the game through the Fetch app as well. Just know time spent in game doesn't add up correctly.
