On a Mac computer choose Apple menu > System Settings (or System Preferences), then click your name (or Apple ID). Click Password & Security, then add or remove a trusted phone number.
To change these settings, choose Apple menu > System Settings, click your name at the top of the sidebar, then click Personal Information. If you don’t see your name, click “Sign in,” enter your Apple Account email address or phone number, then enter your password.
