There’s no need to call us to cancel; once your new service provider has completed your number transfer (port-out), your Koodo line will automatically be cancelled. You’ll receive a final bill from Koodo in your Self Serve account as well as an email confirming your cancellation.

6 maj 2022 · @Tamy We don’t have any cancellation fees. If one buys a phone and puts it on Tab (monthly payments schedule) that indeed has to be paid off. Other than that no other payments are requested at time of cancellation.
If you do not agree with a change that affects the Price Guarantee, you may cancel your service by providing a notice to Koodo within thirty days of the effective date of the change. If the change we make increases your obligation or reduces ours, cancellation fees will not apply.
