Regarding the cancellation of the old number, all you have to do is to remove pre-authorized payment method on that account. The number will be suspended when there is no money in it.
15 lis 2023 · If you keep your account active and current for twelve consecutive months, this deposit will be returned to you as a bill credit. If you cancel your Koodo account, we will refund the deposit, minus any amount that you may owe (which may include late payment and cancellation charges).
If you have a prepaid plan and have an auto pay setup, just remove your payment method, otherwise simply stop paying. If you have a postpaid plan, contact Koodo Mobile and request for a call back to cancel your account.
If you're switching carriers just ask them to port your phone number and that will automatically cancel your account with Koodo. If you just want to cancel you'll have to talk to a rep. You can schedule a callback at koodo.com/chat.
