Koodo don't setup call backs whilst you're out of country to prevent fraud but if you have your koodo self serve login you should be able to setup a call which is the exception. Hi Barbara. If you have a prepaid plan and have an auto pay setup, just remove your payment method, otherwise simply stop paying. If you have a postpaid plan, contact Koodo Mobile and request for a call back to cancel your account.
