A monster’s statistics, sometimes referred to as its stat block, provide the essential information that you need to run the monster. Size A monster can be Tiny, Small, Medium, Large, Huge, or Gargantuan. Table: Size Categories shows how much space a creature of a particular size controls in combat.
In the PHB, the rules for gargantuan creatures state that they're 20x20 ft. or larger. That last bit is key - your gargantuan creatures can be as colossal as you like! If you're playing on a virtual tabletop, which I'm assuming since you said token, then just scale it up to be as large as you like.
Given how large the tarrasque is, you can usually estimate most Gargantuan creatures as being within the 20~30ft range. Anything larger than that stops being a "token" and starts being a map feature. The difference between 35ft and 60ft diameter starts to become irrelevant.
