From the top menu of the editor, select Resize, and look at the Resize section. For common design sizes, pick from the suggestions. You can also Browse by category. You can choose multiple sizes. To use your own measurements, select Custom size. Here you can also lock or unlock the aspect ratio.
Click the element, text box, image, or video you want to resize. To select multiple elements, click and drag the selection frame horizontally or vertically. Click any of the resize handles (see screenshot below) on the corners of the selected element/s, and drag it in or out to resize.
