Newer games can be resized in window mode, but not older ones. But when i play older VNs the windowed mode is often too small to see anything, because i have a 4k monitor. Is there a way or tool that can increase/resize older windowed VNs? Maybe there is a tool that could zoom the game?
You will just have to hit up google and try and find a download for it or a torrent. Once you do have it downloaded, just install it from Start > Control Panel > Languages > Region/Languages > Location, on XP there should be a spot for installing locales.
